Would of definitely got 5 stars if the dine in was open. I was taking my newly 2 year old out for ice cream and this was the nearest spot. It was delicious though

Little crusty lip ebony female at window, bad attitude, not hygiene presentable,she didn't give me napkins and gave me a dollar too much back in change.I spoke to manager and advised he'd to send ebony home,manager thanked me doe returning the dollar and apologized for the bad service
