This Baskin-Robbins is a great stop for a quick ice cream treat in Streeterville. The shop is clean, well-organized, and always has a good variety of flavors available. Staff members are friendly and patient, especially when you’re deciding between flavors. The scoops are generous, everything tastes fresh, and service is fast even when there’s a line. A perfect spot to grab something sweet after dinner or while walking around the neighborhood.
Employee was on his personal phone with someone and kept them on speaker while he scooped our ice cream. He didn’t wash his hands before scooping it either.
Staff is rude. Does not respond and when they do have a lot of attitude.
Used this place 4 days in a row staying at the hotel st clair. Was ideal, staff friendly, morning meal deal good value for money. quick service. Ice cream looked great, wish id bought one now!
This is the worst place ever. There is a person treat customers like trash. Her name is Nikki and she is the worst person you could ever be served by.
Never come again! Also two men stole our wallet in this place.
Good ice cream, but service not so much. No structures line ups, people trying to get in without waiting for their term, employees don’t help and over seem disorganized and not completing orders correctly.
The ice cream was great. The prices are good for inside the city. The restaurant and service, however, leave a lot to be desired. The lady behind the counter was rude to us and other customers to the point where it was just about unbelievable. The restaurant was filthy with overflowing trash. The only wheelchair accessible door was blocked. Whoever owns this should be alerted to the numerous problems here.
Terrible customer service. I order an ice cream with an espresso and a tap water. Owner doesn’t do tap water. Thank you bye bye.
Just walked into this location to grab my daughter some ice cream and every time a white person walked in the man behind the counter would complain and say another whitey, or damn more Caucasian. I ended up walking out. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
Very disrespectful towards me and my partner the whole time there, we really didn't appreciate the way they talked to us at all and made us feel very uncomfortable and threatened.

Excellent service and staff !
Went to baskin robins, absolutely NO pralines and cream. Isn’t that a staple flavor there??? It wasn’t even sold out it just didn’t exist. Not in the freezer either. VERY disappointed. Will not be coming back. Would rate 0/5 but that’s sadly not an option. (Picture is my hand LACKING pralines and cream)
Disrespectful staff in the night.
Went while visiting downtown Chicago, sign says purchase two scoops get free waffle cone, my two great-nieces and I each ordered two scoops with just plain waffle cones, when the order rang up, the cones weren’t free. Decided not to purchase as I don’t care for businesses that don’t honor their signs.
Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins is the perfect combo for coffee and treats! The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, with friendly staff who make the experience even better. Dunkin’s coffee is always fresh, and the donuts are soft and delicious—the classic glazed never disappoints. On the Baskin-Robbins side, the variety of ice cream flavors is fantastic, and the scoops are generous. It’s a great spot for a quick pick-me-up or a sweet treat with the family. We’ll definitely be back!
