Went while visiting downtown Chicago, sign says purchase two scoops get free waffle cone, my two great-nieces and I each ordered two scoops with just plain waffle cones, when the order rang up, the cones weren’t free. Decided not to purchase as I don’t care for businesses that don’t honor their signs.
Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins is the perfect combo for coffee and treats! The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, with friendly staff who make the experience even better. Dunkin’s coffee is always fresh, and the donuts are soft and delicious—the classic glazed never disappoints. On the Baskin-Robbins side, the variety of ice cream flavors is fantastic, and the scoops are generous. It’s a great spot for a quick pick-me-up or a sweet treat with the family. We’ll definitely be back!

For the price of the ice cream, the serving size was sad. People are loitering outside.

All flavors were stocked and the fridge had ice cream tubs and ice cream cakes ready to be purchased. The store was clean and spotless. Not only is the staff kind but very efficient. I was served quickly but did not feel hurried. Lots of ice cream to choose from.
The workers at this location are rude and unhygienic.

Avoid this location...at least when the so-called (manager) is present. Talked with a most-knowledgable young lady late morning about ordering a special ice cream cake. She provided all the information necessary, and said to come back when I had the flavors and inscription needed and she would handle the order. Went back mid-afternoon same day, and of course she was gone. {Manager?) stated all orders must be placed online, couldn't imagine anyone trying to be so helpful as the young lady...and had no idea who she could have been. Clearly he had no desire to be helpful.

The service was incredibly friendly. I asked for 4 chocolate munchins and they gave me double. My husband ordered 2 blueberry donuts and a hot tea. I also got a small scoop of Love Potion 31 since it is still out for February.

Food is great! Service was fast
There was a younger black man working (I didn’t get his name because he didn’t have a nametag) & he 1) acted like we were bothering him. We were the only customers in store. He had headphones on and could barley hear us.2) He rolled his eyes when we asked for cones, and said “that’ll be extra” & my fiancé stated “Okay we’ll pay the extra”.We had ORIGINALLY said we wanted cones when he was ringing us up but he didn’t hear us because of his headphones. After my fiancé said “We’ll pay extra” the employee said “Do we have a problem?” threatening my fiancé. This is the scariest most unprofessional experience i’ve had here and i used to love visiting this 24/7 location on my trips. I won’t be returning. If this is how business is ran there, with one employee barley alert, and willing to start altercations with customers over them asking for service at the job he signed up for, then close the place down. Y’all down need to be 24/7 then. I hope a manager sees this because the employee working on 9/17 at 3am needs an attitude check, a write up and a new job.
Haven't even seen one of these since I was a kid.Ahhh memories..
The guys working couldn’t separate from flirting with three girls who refused to move to see what flavors were available. Then got attitudes like we were inconveniencing them for working
Stood in line 20 minutes, watched 3 people in front of me get ice cream. I made it to the front of the line and ordered a strawberry shake and the staff member said that they were short staffed so the Baskin side was closed. Three men in front of me were all served ice cream. I get it that you may be short staffed, if so put up a sign saying that it is closed when your shift starts and don’t serve anyone ice cream. Serve it to everyone or don’t serve it at all.
