Honestly, worst Dunkin Donuts/Baskin-Robbins I have been to. I made my order through the drive-thru (ordering two items) and got told to park on one of the parking spots on the waiting area. We waited approximately 8 to 10 minutes. While waiting another car had parked next to us to wait for their order and in the next two minutes the person who took my order comes up to my window and says the order but then walks towards the car that had barely arrived and gives them my order. My daughter asks the person why is the other person in the car receiving our order or why is he receiving the order if we had arrived first and waited more than them, the only thing the worker said was that she didn't know and that she didn't manage the kitchen. I get out of my car and walked inside the facility to ask about my order. The manager was very rude, didn't even let me finish talking when she was already ordering the person in the register to refund me my money when I never even asked for a refund. They wouldn't even admit they gave my order to the other car.

The wait was10 minutes long in the drive threw. There was only one person doing the drive threw. The other workers where cleaning and not helping at the drive threw. The young man was taking orders and making them as well, by him self. Something must change. Bad wait so bad service.

The main correction to this information is that this place is a Donkin Donuts and I don't see here any Basking-Robbins sign, so maybe Basking-Robbins is inside the Donkin Donuts. Good place for my smoothies and iced coffee. With tables inside to have a seat and enjoy your smoothie, milkshake or coffee. All spring and summer you can get a refreshing drink right here. I'm doing that also at China Town...being the best at China Town. For the natural fruit used for their flavors.
