I was there yesterday to get my Mom a pint of ice cream and the young lady at the counter was very rude and ignorant! I have not visited this location since moving from the southside of Chicago and now I see why. You cannot work in our neighborhoods to make money and treat us like we do not matter. She put my change on the counter, tried to raise her voice, but I was not having that! If people visit other locations such as the one on 95th and Western, it will allow this one to shut down, which it needs to. If it weren't for African Americans doing business with you; you would not be in BUSINESS!!!

I purchased a Pont of black walnut ice cream? Only to find two scoops of ice cream when I got home... I felt cheated. What kind of scam is this ...unable to reach management for assistance.

The young lady who works the drive thru, Evelia, is extremely rude, not pleasant and is the reason why I will never patronize this location again. If I could rate service a negative number I would. Ordered a polar pizza in which I was given no bag, no napkins and had to ask for both. After asking for a bag and napkins I had to bag my item. She never offered an apology or asked if I needed help bagging my item, just rude! I had to ask for napkins twice. It is 3:45 pm and the door is locked, with no sign to direct customers to the drive-thru. I have lived in this community for 20 years and I must say this is the absolute worst service I have ever received. If you don’t like the people you are servicing then maybe you should not work in “our” communities!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was absolutely so rude and disrespectful when we were trying to order. They didn’t have anything in stock and kept yelling we don’t have that, then wanted to rush you to order while keep interrupting you. You literally work at baskin robbins, Your job is not hard. there is no reason to be upset. If you don’t like it quit. We tried to go inside to see what the issue was and order in person so they wouldn’t do anything to our food and of course the doors were locked. We had a few words through the window and tried to play dumb. And tell us don’t come back. No worries. We just chose to go somewhere else. They didn’t have anything in stock and I can bet they would have did something to our food. Will never return here.

Some times you need to ask for a napkin , some of the staff are professional and friendly others not so much.

The only location I know that still sell brownie Sundaes and sometimes they will warm the brownie :-) They also aren't overpriced like the one on commercial.
