The young lady who works the drive thru, Evelia, is extremely rude, not pleasant and is the reason why I will never patronize this location again. If I could rate service a negative number I would. Ordered a polar pizza in which I was given no bag, no napkins and had to ask for both. After asking for a bag and napkins I had to bag my item. She never offered an apology or asked if I needed help bagging my item, just rude! I had to ask for napkins twice. It is 3:45 pm and the door is locked, with no sign to direct customers to the drive-thru. I have lived in this community for 20 years and I must say this is the absolute worst service I have ever received. If you don’t like the people you are servicing then maybe you should not work in “our” communities!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was absolutely so rude and disrespectful when we were trying to order. They didn’t have anything in stock and kept yelling we don’t have that, then wanted to rush you to order while keep interrupting you. You literally work at baskin robbins, Your job is not hard. there is no reason to be upset. If you don’t like it quit. We tried to go inside to see what the issue was and order in person so they wouldn’t do anything to our food and of course the doors were locked. We had a few words through the window and tried to play dumb. And tell us don’t come back. No worries. We just chose to go somewhere else. They didn’t have anything in stock and I can bet they would have did something to our food. Will never return here.

Some times you need to ask for a napkin , some of the staff are professional and friendly others not so much.
The only location I know that still sell brownie Sundaes and sometimes they will warm the brownie :-) They also aren't overpriced like the one on commercial.

My husband and I always order praline milkshakes and never had a problem. There's a guy that works the Night shift and he was the rudest person I think we ever met. That is not customer service and I cannot believe they would allow some so rude to work here. You never know what people are going through. I just found out my dad cancer spreaded to his brain and to come here and be treated less than human because we didn't know you couldn't add who cream to the bottom of a milkshake is ludicrous. We were not rude. Fire this man immediately because if he does that to wrong people, they won't always be as nice and understanding as us. You have lost really great customers.
