We went into the store 7/23 at 7pm and I asked for a mint chocolate chip shake. And the cashier said they couldn’t make the shake because the ice cream was “too hard to scoop”. I’ve never heard of such an excuse. As a pregnant woman… I was appalled and upset.

I was very disappointed I ordered online and my girlfriend had a huge craving. The cashier did not provide a specific reason why she wasn't taking orders but was open thru drive thru. She told me to go to the website to get a refund for my order. I wasted my time coming to this store. It's always an issue with this store. I live near thats why I come but Everytime we order at night there's always a problem.

Super short staffed the drive thru was busy but I was patient stopped by for a cappuccino blast some hashbrowns for my kid an some mini bagel bites. First time trying those they were good I would get them again.
