We went into the store 7/23 at 7pm and I asked for a mint chocolate chip shake. And the cashier said they couldn’t make the shake because the ice cream was “too hard to scoop”. I’ve never heard of such an excuse. As a pregnant woman… I was appalled and upset.

I was very disappointed I ordered online and my girlfriend had a huge craving. The cashier did not provide a specific reason why she wasn't taking orders but was open thru drive thru. She told me to go to the website to get a refund for my order. I wasted my time coming to this store. It's always an issue with this store. I live near thats why I come but Everytime we order at night there's always a problem.

Super short staffed the drive thru was busy but I was patient stopped by for a cappuccino blast some hashbrowns for my kid an some mini bagel bites. First time trying those they were good I would get them again.

Very bad service, 3 working young ladies & had to remind them that their was costumers there. As soonest they finally took our service, first thing out of their mouth....that they didn't have bananas. That's exactly what we were there for, a banana split. Very rude service, smh they needed some customer service classes!
