They need to work on their employees customer service. I had a little wait at the drive through and I had to say hello. She should have said I will be right with you. Instead she said hold on like what? But when I came to the window she seem to be more pleasant. Maybe she was having a bad day. I also didn’t like my ice cream. When they handled me my ice cream it seems like it was already melted. I like my ice cream kinda hard. I don’t know how to explain it but the ice cream taste like it had been sitting out.

Everything is always discontinued or out of stock. My ice cream also tastes freezer burnt because they give you the top skimmed parts. Not going back.

In my experience, they serve well, only there is a lot of change of personnel all the time, they are different and they lack a bit of kindness, they should be paid for training, that would benefit their sales.
