They need to work on their employees customer service. I had a little wait at the drive through and I had to say hello. She should have said I will be right with you. Instead she said hold on like what? But when I came to the window she seem to be more pleasant. Maybe she was having a bad day. I also didn’t like my ice cream. In my experience, they serve well, only there is a lot of change of personnel all the time, they are different and they lack a bit of kindness, they should be paid for training, that would benefit their sales.
