It was OK they didn't list to me and they got our order all wrong

Drove here thinking I would have a better experience. You would think that a place that sells ice cream would have waffle cones, sugar cones and so on. Nope, only cake cones. That's fine, I will take a scoop of ice cream in a cup. I then asked for a one scoop of butter pecan sundae with strawberry topping, whip cream, nuts and a cherry and was told that they had no cherries, that's fine. When I get my sundae, it only has whip cream and nuts.. that is fine that you don't have cherries but now you don't have strawberry topping... which I was not told when placing my order, which is fine again. The problem here is that they still charged me as if all the ingredients were provided. Dunkin Donuts/B&R never makes it right for the consumer... They were ok with charging me the full price but not including what makes a sundae...

Baskin-Robbins is an icon. Super ice cream ! Friendly staff. You have to do it once! There is indoor and a little outdoor seating. The owner is a movie buff. Fun stop.

Stood in line, with only one other patron in front of me, for about 10 minutes. There were 5 employees behind the counter, not one of them acknowledged me. When I asked if someone could take my order, they all ignored me.

Staff is only good when the management is around if not they are slow always on the phone or just standing around doing nothing. Morning staff is only good

I was waiting in line for a while until someone came to the front and took my order there were at least five people and you can say I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes just for someone to take my order but overall my icecream was great
