Worse service the employees don’t know what they are doing, they decently need training . Us as consumer wanted to drink coffe in their dining and we were told we can’t sit down. What kind is of place is this I’ve never been told to leave in any other locations and here I was told to leave . On top of that I have order hot coffe I got hot chocolate what a place ! Terrible

I walked in and was ignored by both of the young ladies that was working. Stood on the baskin robins side to order ice cream and never was once told they only use one line for baskin and Dunkin. Then when i questioned it I was told they did not know I wanted to order anything, but I had been standing waiting for 15 min.

ABSOLUTE WORST BASKIN ROBINS TO GO TO. They get our orders wrong every time. All we ask for are 2 scoop sundaes and a few toppings. And it's always "to go". They jam everything into a small cup, they have poor customer service. And they hardly ever get the toppings right. Like really? Very disappointed.

RUDE and POOR customer service, i called to find an explanation to why my doordash order was wrong. Lady who answered the phone kept saying denying such order but i checked with the app and customer service and it was the correct location. The lady was completely rude and answered me with a stupid attitude. This place is MESSY and not organized AT ALL.

Terrible service!! Had my kids in w me. No one else was in there. Standing by the ice cream counter and as the workers were talking about their nails I asked a few times for help. " Im ready ." They said hold on n continued their private conversation. When the lady came to serve the ice cream she had an attitude while the other was by register asking " is that all??" Over and over..had three orders. When my order was complete they still had attitude w us. Nasty looks..rolling of the eyes n gossiping n swearing between themselves. Will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!
