ABSOLUTE WORST BASKIN ROBINS TO GO TO. They get our orders wrong every time. All we ask for are 2 scoop sundaes and a few toppings. And it's always "to go". They jam everything into a small cup, they have poor customer service. And they hardly ever get the toppings right. Like really? Very disappointed.

RUDE and POOR customer service, i called to find an explanation to why my doordash order was wrong. Lady who answered the phone kept saying denying such order but i checked with the app and customer service and it was the correct location. The lady was completely rude and answered me with a stupid attitude. This place is MESSY and not organized AT ALL.

Deliciously good! I love ice cream from here! Always clean but super busy all the time wears out the workers haha but its great service and they're hardworkers!

My sundae was delicious I have no complaints, other than the smoke I had to walk through to get inside the establishment cause patrons were standing outside smoking cigarettes

Terrible service!! Had my kids in w me. No one else was in there. Standing by the ice cream counter and as the workers were talking about their nails I asked a few times for help. " Im ready ." They said hold on n continued their private conversation. When the lady came to serve the ice cream she had an attitude while the other was by register asking " is that all??" Over and over..had three orders. When my order was complete they still had attitude w us. Nasty looks..rolling of the eyes n gossiping n swearing between themselves. Will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!
