Be wary of the prices on the menu. The staff is nice and accommodating. But the prices are not always clear as to how much a scoop will cost.
Every ice cream I've been to includes a cup or a regular cone, with waffle cones costing extra/premium. This location charges extra even for simple cones, and extra $2.50 per basic cone and it is nowhere on the menu.

I literally just went and bought a cappuccino blast a little while ago . Now I ordered thru door dash and they cancelled my order because they claim they don’t have it . I ordered yesterday and the same thing they cancelled for the same reason . Why are they liars ?????

Managers will look at you waiting to order ice cream, take other customers, run wild for the drive thru orders. Took almost 20 minutes for 3 single scoop ice cream. Still forgot sprinkles and no cookie on top. Same scoops used for multiple flavors of ice cream. Pathetic but unfortunately this is what we as customers deserve when we continue to patronize businesses that have no respect for us.Avoid like the plague.

I’m very disappointed with two employees. I was entering and waiting for order but they used their phone in other room. Waiting for 5 mins from 6:20pm. They should be fired!

Front door was locked. Manager let me in then locked the door behind. Strange to say the least not to mention I am 100% sure it's against fire code. Other folks from the neighborhood came by and said this is normal.Garbage operation!

Ordered the DIY sundae package (24.99) online for next day store pick up as special treat for daughter and to try and support local businesses. Arrived at drive thru and no order available. Had to come into store to try to work it out - as my young daughter was with me. They didn’t have the stuff in stock to make the sundaes and when I asked to have my credit card refunded (as the store had no problems charging my credit card in advance ?), they said I had to call customer support. I called customer support and they told me the owner of store is responding for refunds. Staff was not helpful and I was there trying to support my local business.
