Asian lady behind the counter poured a large cup of caffeinated coffee and I ordered decaf. I am currently expecting and can not have caffeine especially not a large cup! She told me people make mistakes. No apology. The “manager” was absolutely just as rude and disrespectful. I told her I was pregnant and could not drink caffeine and she gave a rude apology upon leaving in my car I could see the ladies smiling as if some thing was funny about my frustration with being served disrespectfully.

Made and order and paid for delivery. One of the items was wrong and one of the items didn’t even show up. When I called the staff said there was nothing that they could do. They couldn’t even give a refund.

It's a shame that they now close at 10:30 pm the new staff at night are very childlike been going there for over 20 years they see me walking up and they closed the door.
