Haven’t really tried the food here but if you want to be endangered then go here. Homeless man almost attacked me and my dog here just because we were walking down the street. Extremely dangerous.

I came to the place, none of the staff is not there at all, I ordered through the terminal, but no one was there, I had to wait very much and the employee started to do everything with favor, as if I forced him, definitely zero stars

We went to this location twice trying to get services. The first time we walked in stood next to the counter, no one offered to assist us or even acknowledge us. The second time we tried again, a father was there with his children and he explained no one offered to help him and you cannot order ice cream at a kiosk only coffee. We waited and the staff totally ignored us did not offer to assist. This is the worst customer services I have experienced or lack there of.

Apparently the recipe they're supposed to follow means the cups aren't full when you get them. Most other places manage just fine. I can't really say what the issue is, though. Either way, getting a shake costs $6 to $9, so getting a cup with the top 20% missing is not super.

Unprofessional service at this DD/BR combo store. Store was not busy but Employees seemed too busy or unconcerned to read the full coffee/donut order as was sending us away with just our coffee. Other employee was on a Skype video call with someone and did not seem to care about customers. Would of expected better staff at a prime downtown location near tourist spots during a not busy time of day.
Was there on 19th may 2022 at 5pm. Only 1 client before us, but the 2 staff (1 girl, 1 boy) didn’t care neither of previous client or about us ! Too busy chatting on Skype with boyfriend/friend . We order via digital ordering screen to save time. The ticket prints near the cash machine but none of the 2 staff cares more ! The girl tries to make some unintelligible sentences (looks more like sounds than words) I show the ticket of my order to the guy , he looks at it and go prepare a latte to nobody ordered . We try again with the girl. We show the ticket . Instead of taking care of us, she goes back to chat with her bf preparing some ice cream cones that nobody orders. We finally see that the guy left our coffee on the other side of the counter without informing us. We felt finally optimistic that we ll get our order . We wait as we also ordered some donuts but seems like nobody cares about ! They ask what we want (despite that we showed 2 times our ticket) the girl keeps making some weird sounds that we don’t understand. The boy started preparing some coffees that we already received (??!) we finally get our full order after 10 minutes (for 2 coffees, 1 donut and 5 munchkins) . When we left, they finally asked the client that was there before us what he was waiting for (poor client seemed as hopeless to get his order as we were) :-D
