This place has taken the whole fun out of IceCream. Now management has you order ice cream from the south register and then wait for the cashier to go to another area to actually get the ixe cream but not before repeating the entire order over. I have been coming here for years. Place has gone downhill. Don't waste your money or time.

Unpleasant experience, even with purchase didn’t let kids to use the restroom. They sent us across the street to Sushi restaurant……where , of course, you can’t go! So, this is not the first time with excuses here!

Came to the Baskin-Robbins at 600 S. Wabash Ave. in Chicago late at night after a long flight I got hooked up by Darnell, who gave me a nice big scoop of ice cream. Very friendly good conversation and incredible service. Best Baskin Robbins in the country. Thank you Darnell.

Went there two nights ago and the two young gentlemen that worked there in the evening were very helpful. They were very patient when we took forever to order our flavors and even gave their recommendations for icecream and donut flavors. I know that's what you expect at an ice cream place but these guys were kind about it too. Made experience better

Went there at around 10:30 and the store was closed for the icecream but they have icecream in the freeze. The door says open 24/7. We only need to buy icecream for our toddler but ends up buying quartz
