This location is the worst!!! If you order from Uber Eats they will always be out of ice cream, and they won’t turn off the mobile order or let uber know to not send drivers. Avoid this location at all costs!

Dude… this Baskin-Robbin’s sucks. Weirdly, they’re ALWAYS out of ice cream?? If you try to order online, new drivers will constantly be matched and sent but they’ll be told there’s no ice cream. It’s weird because they just don’t turn off mobile order…

They’re ALWAYS out of ice cream. How is Baskin Robbin’s out of ice cream? It’s all you serve… 3 Uber drivers went for a pick up and they wouldn’t cancel because of ratings. Order from the one of Addison!

I came to pick up my Turkey cake and it wasn’t there. But the manager I think his name was Mohammed assured me they would fix it or he would make it himself. And the next day it was there. I really appreciated that.

I had the birthday one free scoop coupon QR code and an older man employee scanned it and proceeded to yell at me “no” a few times, meaning that I couldn’t use it. I couldn’t understand him at all and he was very rude and wouldn’t tell me why. I said I just walked a mile here and it’s not expired. Then someone else came over and said I could use it. Is saying NO NO NO NO the way to communicate to an app user customer? It’s not my fault you don’t know how to work your cash register. How about talking to me like I’m a lady and saying “happy birthday” your customer instead of yelling NO. also, they don’t use gloves when they prepare the food.

They don’t have ice cream. If you order online they’ll let 5 poor Uber drivers keep trying to pick up the order but they’ll be out of everything with no resolutions. This is the only location that does this. Who’s running it?

I had come to this establishment to order a fudge nut ice cream cake for my father's 89thbirthday. I have been ordering this cake for years for he and my late mother as they always enjoyedthem. The cake was to be approximately $32. When I went to pick up the order I was told that there was nocake for me. I had to insist for someone to call the manager. When they got off the phone with the manager , I was told they had the cake and that it was $60. I said that was not the correct price. I had to insist they call the manager again. He then told them to charge me the $32. When they brought the cake out and opened the box it was not a fudge nut ice cream cake. I pointed out the error and the staff did not give me a viable solution. I told them to call the manager again and he said that he was sorry. I explained that my father and his guests were waiting for this cake at his living community. I had no other option then to take the cake that they had.. to not spoil the birthday. I told the manager I was extremely disappointed by the whole experience. The manager then said he would refund the cake , however I explained that I wanted to receive the original fudge nut cake that I had ordered. The manager assured me that I could pick up the correct cake in 3 days. Icalled 3 days later , there was no cake. I had to get the manager again to find out why his promise was not fulfilled. He assured me that within 4 days I would have the cake. When I went to pick up the cake, again it was the wrong order. The manager then tried to say I wanted a different cake... I was completely disgusted by this whole experience. In all the years that I have used Baskin-Robbins for family celebrations I have never seen such an unprofessional treatment of the customer. I will never return to this store again.

my uber delivery driver told me that the baskin robbins employee said there was no ice cream, but was able to make the milkshake... i could hear the employee while i was on the phone with my uber eats driver and he was rude and not trying to help or even explain what the issue was. i was told that out of the “31 flavors “ they only had three, which my delivery driver did not seem to think was true. every time i asked a question to see what the issue was, what options were available, anything i asked to try to understand or come up with a solution i was told he would shake his head or not answer at alll. this is was really rude, annoying and made everything more difficult and take longer. also, all my toppings were ignored and the baskin robins employee put toppings i didn’t ask for, without asking me, which included nuts and i’m allergic so this was a total waste of my money and time. this occurred on the night of may 31st, 2021

They never get my order right and it's not a difficult order. Its just an extra large coffee with regular cream and sugar with extra hazelnut swirl. some workers cant even load the card on my app
