I just would like to know why in this town you never have cappuccino blah or they don't want to do it every time I go they always make some excuse I just went and they tell me or I'm sorry the blender doesn't work ? the other times it is or we don't have vanilla snowIt's supposed to be a place of coffee and snow ??♀️ and they don't haveAnd I go to that place because I'm passing by when I leave the doctor or the dentist I wait and someone does something ??

So I ordered ice cream off of Uber Eats you guys have pralines and cream now the consistency of pralines and cream is vanilla ice cream the nut praline and caramel inside. why in the world would you give me chocolate brownie with pecan. mind you I do not like chocolate. you better be glad that I'm not allergic to chocolate or it would have had a whole lawsuit. you guys do not know how to do your orders right and it seems like you don't know nothing about flavors and the people who pick the flavors you're going to have a lawsuit on your hands if you continue to make mistakes like that. imma let you know now that it is disrespectful and it's incompetent on your part to not do the right order why are you working there if you not going to do things right

Horrible customer service. Ordered sundaes and all toppings were missing. Although we both asked for cherries one person had none and the other person had 3. So they have the toppings they're just not that good at reading. Asked for marshmallow butterfinger, praline… nothing! Just scoops of ice cream.

Hate it!! This place is so bad with customer service. I went in December 18, 2020 for XL peppermint mocha coffee, the lady gave me my total for $3 plus and I inserted my card for payment right after I did that the lady making the coffee said we have no peppermint mocha. I quickly removed my card and ask if the transaction go through, they assured me that it didn’t. Right after I left and got to work a transaction for $7plus dollars came out my account. I been calling and then I went back and they took my information saying they have to reach out to corporate to retrieve the transaction and will contact me after doing so. By the way she didn’t have a pleasant attitude. Today is 01/01/2021 and still nothing. Please be careful going and using debit/ credit card with them. They will get you..

Customer service is horrible. The manager is argumentative and doesn’t know how to service customer. Waited over 20 mins for my order because manager refused to serve it instead She went to the back had customer standing around waiting to taken care of. I won’t be returning to this location.
