Zero stars! Do not order your ice cream online from here! They don’t have that many flavors and the ones they do have are the old ones. Your order will go through but if they don’t have the flavors they won’t refund you. They told me I needed to call their corporate number to get a refund. They stole my money period. Don’t go here for ice cream, maybe coffee but not ice cream!

Are they supposed to be close at all 10pm on a Saturday night? Their front door and online hour of operations state, open till 11pm. When I arrived, an employee stated that they were already closed (10:03pm). What a bummer

Went through the drive thru yesterday morning during rush hour , got my usual caramel blast with 2 doughnuts and avocado toast . When I tell you they got the line out the way during rush hour the morning team did their thing ! I even got my purple cup, which let me tell you half of these dunking donuts places don’t even have them on display . The young lady and gentlemen working the window where so kind and gave out great customer service .

Employees did not want to serve Baskin Robbins ice cream. No where in their website schedule says they don’t serve after 10 pm. I arrived at 10:05 and employees did not want to serve us, claiming they closed their ice cream section. I had to drive to another location 15 minutes out of my way.

Went to pickup my ice cream order at 9pm, posted hours say closed at 11pm. The doors were locked, looked like they had closed early. I had to go to the drive thru window to get the girls attention to open the doors, so I didn’t waste my money on an order I couldn’t pickup. Then the guy worker made me the wrong ice cream without the toppings I spent extra for.

Food it’s good , but in this location the clients wait for the cashier to finish her conversations with the other guys who work there…..she will take your order but in pauses since she’s busy talking and flirting with the guys …..
If you go in after 6pm the workers will tell you they’re “closed” if they don’t want to fill your order. I know work sucks but it’s just ice cream or coffee, at least just scoop some ice cream to the posted hours. Embarrassing

Find ice cream elsewhere. Painstakingly long service in the evening, even when there is no line. Workers act annoyed that they’re there. Milkshake was watery. Double scoop of ice cream was barely one scoop. Ice cream tasted freezer burnt. Cake cone was stale

Terrible service at this baskin/Dunkin’s and there’s always something up at this location, broken machines,there hours are wrong?? It’s not 24/7 despite the door being opened I entered and the employee was tooBusy hanging out with his friends to help us I usually don’t leave reviews but this location is just bad everytime I go.The two young girls who work there r nice but I can’t say that ab the rest of the employees
