Received a completely uncooked breakfast sandwich. Things like this is done intentionally, and to be funny but if I came back and threw it in their face I’ll be wrong. It’s no reason at all they should rap a completely uncooked sandwich and give it someone.

Back in the day, you could go here and get icecream and yum. However, the last two times I purchased icecream from this location, it tasted like it melted on the sides and they scooped up all this sticky residue and put it in the cup. The first time meh, perhaps a mishap but the second time, now I don't want anymore icecream from this location because they will sell you anything instead of ensuring quality for their customers. When I tried to let them know about my experience the first time, they told me I should have brought the icecream back with my receipt. Like what, check your product, because this tastes horrible. We work too hard for our coins to not receive the quality we are expecting to receive and they're not the friendliest either. So...we won't be back to this location

I ordered Uber eats at 6:50pm for a banana split, they kept changing the time, then at 7:00 it said out of something order cancelled, this is the 3rd time they cancelled my order after waiting over an hour

430 in the afternoon I took my daughters to get ice cream of course they want to pick the flavor they want. The guy said no lobby drive around...WHY IT'S 430 WITH 5 WORKERS ON THE INSIDE & THEY WERE VERY RUDE DON'T SHOP HERE I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS

So on a traditional banana split you get pineapples strawberries here you only get hot fudge & Carmel & if you want strawberries it's a dollar extra on a plot the already cost $8.00 7/6/21 at 8:28 pm

I just spent $10 on ice cream for me and my daughter and we can't enjoy it because its freezer burn, just tastes nasty. Please dont sell bad ice cream to your loyal customers.
