i love their sherbet but i will never buy the rocky roll again,it was something in it that wasnt suppose to be and it was freezer burnt,so disappointed:(

Every single time I go there, I have to deal with them not getting my order right, I order a large iced cafe and every single time they give me the smallest straws they can find to get under my skin, they never put the right amount of sugars, I don't understand how you have large cups but no large straws how am I supposed to stir my coffee with that little bitty straw I've had it with them. Need to send cooperate in and retrain every single person.

There's no greeting when you walk in; the floor is sticky and dirty; the staff seems unorganized; focusing more on drive thru than people in the 'dining' area... I actually waited about 40 minutes, for an order. They don't show appreciation for waiting customers. Everyone was very polite and not complaining... I kept calm, since I had made effort to go in there. The staff didn't seem to notice or care. That's my first and last visit to that location...
