Would give it a 5 stars, but due to a bad experience the rating is being reduced. Walked 20 min to this location several weeks ago at night due to the buses running late. Went into the store with a coupon for a free scoop. The cashier told me he couldn't honor it because the system was down. He told me to come back the next day. I told him my coupon expired that day. He serves me my free scoop & handed it to me, which I appreciated. What I didn't appreciate is him being too lazy to do his job. I also felt he lied to me because he didn't want to do his job. It was a simple job of scanning a QR code & pressing a few buttons to honor my coupon. Lazy workers & poor customer service are two main reasons restaurants get poorly rated.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Baskin Robbins. I arrived at 9:30 PM, well before their closing time of 11:00 PM, only to find that they had already put the ice cream away. While frustrating, I decided to let it go and move on. On a later date (today, 9/24/24), when I got off work with a craving for ice cream, I called ahead to avoid another wasted trip. To my shock, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me. I thought it might be a mistake at first, but after calling several times and getting the same response, it was clear the staff simply didn’t want to do their job. Completely unacceptable!

It was a super fun trip, I spent a lot of money unfortunately but I ended up getting a lot of things so I could understand why, the staff was very nice and everything was delicious, the best part is that it's in walking distance, just a few blocks from my house so I'll definitely be coming back here in the future
