I ordered a banana split twice from this location and they sent me something else both times. The 2nd time I went up to the store after my delivery to complain there was no manager on site the employees said they didn't have any bananas. Instead of canceling the order or alerting the uber eats driver they just made me ice cream in a cup. The owner is never there.

So I doordashed a banana split right guess what I got icecream in a cup. None of 3 wet or my dry topping and a banana a whole banana thrown in the bag. I had to cut up my own banana lol so I need my paycheck delivered to me since I guess I work for you now

The customer service by that drive thru black girl with the long eyelashes was by far the most traumatic experience in my life we were given attitude over the order intercom 1st thing she said im alone and there was no line behind us it was Easter Sunday than she didn't want to tell us flavors all the 3 options we asked she said they didn't have and then we said 1 flavor and I asked again for another she said No! She said she timed out and I had to go back through the drive thru and order whatever else I wanted to,, huh! It was horrible for my child to hear and than witness at the window as i thought she was handing me the ice cream when she pulled back and with an attitude said "give me the money first if you want the ice cream " omgosh we were shocked at the discrimination because were white and i said my wallet is in my lap i thought u were handing it over. Rolled her eyes and no professionalism said you want this icream or not! I said you have had a poor customer service/ since back their attitude because your working alone. Thats not my problem i said! She has given us a reason to never go back. She had my daughters ice cream dripping from all over her fingers disgusting she didn't wear gloves and shes handling money. Because I called her out she closed the window in our face called me a "b" and tossed my daughter's ice cream in the trash and kept talking.

The service is always friendly- though my daughter and I only drive thru every few months:)The ice cream is delicious, but our cones were Very dry. The cone is my favorite part with all the ice cream inside... We used a spoon to scoop out the remaining ice cream:(I'm not one to complain-- but this is an exception.
