Why when u order on line, if you don't have the product that the customer order, why does it give u the right to assume that this what the customer want. Why if dont have the product can u give the customer a courtesy call and let them know

It can be a hit or miss at different locations! But the cashier Lizbeth was amazing smiling the whole time and an amazing one if I may add and even the others asked if I was being helped which I was!! Great service
