Ordered a cake for a child’s birthday party. No ice cream flavors were available, so they called to ask what my child’s back up flavors might be. Nearly all of the flavors were unavailable for some reason? I requested a color for the cake in online form that would match the party - this apparently never made it to the person putting the cake together or maybe it’s not available with that type of cake? Will never know. Requested a simple happy birthday message - child’s name was spelled wrong. When the order was picked up, told the cashier twice that the name was spelled wrong on the cake during pick up, and it was ignored. Cake itself tasted good and was ready on time.

They refused to make a cake I ordered online by the time that I selected to pickup, and what's worse is I said \\\"okay I'll just take a refund,\\\" and I was told they will not refund online orders. When I said the website clearly states the refund policy, the owner of this location said, \\\"I can make my own rules and we will not refund you.\\\" Wild

This location has something wrong with it, I keep ordering online to be told that someone took my order???? They said nothing can be done. If that was the case they should be really careful and double-check who’s taking the order. This is my third time this has happened at this specific location. Probably fine ordering in person but only I only had issues with ordering online.
