Terrible location staff doesn't know how to make certain items. When you asked for menu items they act like you made it up. Doors lock most of time forced to use drive thru. At this point I don't know how they still open

I ordered from them on Uber Eats. I did the 2 prepacked quarts special. I selected Pralines & Cream and Strawberry Cheesecake. They sent Very Berry Strawberry instead of what I asked for. All Uber eEats gave me for the inconvenience was 2.00 in my wallett. Fortunately for them, I like Strawberry Ice-cream but it wasn't what I ordered. Next time please verify the order before sending it out and if you have to make a substitution, please send a notification to give the customer give them the option to approve or cancel.

Ordered 3 Oreo layered sundae’s. They average around $10 each. All we got was ice cream and cookies in a cup! No chocolate syrup, Carmel syrup, marshmallows or whipped cream! They need to properly trained on how to make things.
