Late night worst drive thru experience. That night shift guy is ignoring and then abusing. I don't know why big franchise like Baskin Robin is hiring such degraded people.

I went in there to get a milkshake today. This staff member told me to wait for half an hour as the front pos system was updating. 5 mins later another white customer walks in and she takes his order through drive thru pos system. The staff discriminates against non white customers.

General Slow service. But, I was here this past motzash and the sign says they are open 24 hrs. THE DRIVE THRU IS OPEN 24 HRS. THE LOBBY CLOSES AT 9 PM.

Ordered a small chocolate shake made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup and they charged me an extra dollar bc of the chocolate syrup. No Baskin has ever done that before and when I tasted the shake it was watery and disgusting. This is the worst Baskin I've ever been too and I definitely won't be going back
