This store is apparently kosher only, and doesnt carry any meat products. They did not inform me of this during my order so receiving fake bacon on my wrap was disappointing. The fake bacon looked like dog treats and was very unappealing as well as unexpected. Im glad there are kosher places for people to enjoy, however I think it needs to be super obvious if that is the case or at the very least customers should be informed of the difference when ordering.

The person taking the order didn’t seem to know the flavors at all and didn’t even know what a brownie was, which was surprising for an ice cream place. When I asked about different or new flavors, there was no effort to check or help just sounded lazy and uninterested. If you’re running a drive-thru at night, at least basic product knowledge and a little effort should be expected. Definitely needs better training and customer service.

Really need help at night the gentleman at night does not speak clearly, the menu board is broke, so he can’t help. It’s always a difficult experience with him compared to other workers. I’d suggest getting him help or putting him on day shift. His attitude stinks.

I went in there to get a milkshake today. This staff member told me to wait for half an hour as the front pos system was updating. 5 mins later another white customer walks in and she takes his order through drive thru pos system. The staff discriminates against non white customers.
