I would give it zero stars. I placed an order for a cake for my son’s birthday. I did receive a confirmation email and I paid. I went to pick up the cake. Kid working said the cake lady will come talk to you. The lady came out and said “I didn’t see the email for the order. I don’t have a cake for you.” Like it was nothing, like it wasn’t a big deal. She said I can make you one but you have to come back later. I needed the cake then not later. She said you can take one from the freezer well I didn't have a choice.

i like this location a lot! just bc they’re not all smiley & faking happiness doesn’t make this place bad. my order is always correct and GOOOOOD & they’re fast & they don’t skimp out

The worst ever place to get a good service the lady on the window talked to me like I was asking for free food they are so mean and they don’t have any education besides the poor service and the overcharging on everything you ask them they’re so disgusting because if you asked them why they give you the wrong size (down of course) she try to use the same product and make a mess on you new tray like you feeding an animal in the streets and the rolling of the eyes you can’t miss that one
