Refused to serve ice cream last night because they were cleaning the oven

I’ve ordered twice from them, and both times it was messed up. First time I got the wrong ice cream, second time they sent half the order. No one answers their phone when you call, so no way to fix the solution other than to travel to them.

Every time I go to this Dunkin they get my order wrong. Not just a little wrong either. I mobile order every time I go to Dunkin. There’s no way you can confuse the items I selected with any other.Today I had 2 iced coffees, 2 Boston Creams, 2 chocolate long johns, and a strawberry with sprinkles. 7 items. When I pulled up to the window the lady handed me my coffees and asked if I had any donuts on my order. I said yes! She then closed the window and turned around to a coworker. 3 minutes later they return with a bag of donuts. I should’ve checked the bag but not only was I missing a whole donut but the flavors were all wrong.I literally had a mobile order. It should be on the computer screen right in front of them!! Don’t waste your time with this Dunkin. Your order will never be fully correct. Drive the extra 2 minutes to a Dunkin that can actually make orders properly.There’s no way to correct or indicate that an order was wrong in the app so this is the intended appropriate review available.

It's before 10pm on a Saturday, the hours on the door say they are open until midnight.. All Doors locked and I see an employee sitting on a chair inside doing nothing.

Owner straight up.lied to me. Said the dasher talked to me and said any order, but the slip has my order! Do better.. call the customer ask, don't believe the driver.

I usually have a poor experience here when I visit Dunkin Donuts - the donuts are never fresh and the inside is dirty. Tables are not wiped, trash overflowing. I was super excited when I first moved here to have this 3 minutes walking distance.This evening after dinner I was in the mood for some ice cream and decided to give this place another try.I called them first to confirm the inside was open since it was after 8pm, no one answered the phone. I then decided to walk over. Front door is locked with no signage to indicate lobby hours.A note to the business owner: Be a business owner, show up, take care of your employees and provide good service. Judging by your reviews and my experience… you’re not doing any of this currently and it shows.

Horrible customer service. My son ordered but was given bad attitude and so rude. This is my first and also my last time going here. Would stay away from them

Pretty bad experience just now, hard to see myself going back but it's convenient so who knows. Ordered kids ice cream and they gave me a huge spoon. Also gave me a milkshake that had maybe no ice cream in it, looked like choc milk. When I asked for a kids spoon and asked if the milkshake had ice cream because it looked thin, the dude said "it's a milkshake" and shut the window on me lol. Staffing is tough these days but this was pretty rough cust service.Update...Milk shake ended up being pretty bad, something going on at this place. Disappointing.

The waffle cones were a little stale but the ice cream was good as always. I think it was right before closing there was no one else there.
Very nice staff, probably the best in the vicinity. Super clean. Great quality. This is the only BR you should go to in the city.
