My daughter and her friends purchased tickets online through Eventbrite for an event at Bassline on 10/26/24 and were refused entry into the club. They were told they purchased too many tickets for the event (Qty. 8) and were not refunded their money. This is a very poor way of running an establishment. To sale tickets and not honor the purchase is out right theft. This is not a venue that I would recommend to anyone.
Attended my Sista in Love's 50th Birthday 🎂 🥳 and everything at Basseline was top tier. The food, the atmosphere, the decorations, the drinks, and the service.

Can't say how the food was because I was there for a private event that was catered. As for the service, we got drinks and they were very good. Nice chill spot. The only issue was parking, but in that area that's expected.

Went to the Jamaican punch bunch and it was a whole vibe! The music was amazing. Mostly '90s and 2000s music! The food was delicious ? I will definitely be back

Nice place. Went to a private party. Cool look to the club. The blacklights really add to the artwork and attendees outfits. Very clean nice staff very helpful and attentive. Good sound system.

The vibe is nice , definitely play good music, we bought section with bottles. The sections are a little wack ( lol) the tables are small and the booths are against the wall. But overall it was a good atmosphere. They don’t serve food but you can bring your own food in. They have parking you can pay for behind the gate or park on the street. It does have wheel chair access.
