I had an horrible experience at this restaurant today, I was missing part of my order. The pancakes were dry, the biscuits were not cooked fully, the bacon was very salty. I called to get a refund I was put on hold for more than 14 min I’ve been calling back I still don’t get anyone to pick up the call this is poor management and customer service I’m not the one to complain but this is beyond frustrating it was 20 bucks I spent over a 100 bucks I’m not looking for a handout I want what I paid for. I will never come here again and waste my hard earned money and time. You don’t have to refund me keep the money you obviously need it more than me. Also they gave me no syrup or anything after I wasted all that money sad sad sad

Some of the best french toast I've ever had, hands down. I love that I didn't have to choose what type and could get the sampler platter with a slice of each, including the special! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I love the mission of this place. They do good work and the food is excellent!

You can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. Be prepared to wait if you come on the weekend - but it is well worth it. They have breakfast and lunch options, as well as daily specials. Our waitress was great too; definitely come check this place out if you havent yet!

My first time in this place and I'm happy we decided to come! The food was good. We got the French toast sampler, and the week's French toast special and loved it. One thing I loved is that the food is not extremely sweet as it usually is in other places.
My omelette and steak was fine. I did feel it could have had a little bit more of spices, but nothing that a pinch of salt and pepper couldn't solve.
The staff was great! Really good service.
An additional note is that this place was packed (which is a good signal) but it could get very loud at times.

This place was AMAZING!! Service was top tier. Tim, (our server) thank you!! Fred, the GM was super friendly as well. Good people for sure. Definitely recommend Batter and Berries. We got the strawberry french toast, the traditional and added a half order of cakes. Tim recommended their hot sauce for the hash browns and O M G… the people need that hot sauce in stores!! 10/10 on B&B!

I’ve been wanting to go to B&B since it was featured on a Chicago food segment. It was everything I expected and more! We got the Super Flight with the Taffy Apple French toast. DROOL. We also got the biscuits and gravy. Best I’ve ever had. The gravy is so delicious.

Our server was top notch. He told us riddles throughout our time and was excellent when we needed help with a small mistake with an allergen.

We waited an hour and a half because we had a big party. We even told them to split us up and they didn't.

Nice twist on chicken waffles with the different flavored waffles. Really cute spot for brunch!

I’m a 10-year medically retired Marine that needs my service dog due to the PTSD I’ve incurred from my past deployments. I was told initially that I can’t bring my service dog in, but they did not know he was my service dog. After confirming he was my service dog, they told the manager, and it’s seemed like everything was good to go. So I waited for the txt to be sent, and once I got the confirmation, I went in and was greeted by a horrible host giving me a straight attitude, saying I can’t bring him in even after telling him he is my service dog and then proceeded to say he’ll pee and poop in the restaurant. As if I haven’t taken him to go use the bathroom already and two trained him well not to go to the bathroom without telling him to go. This was the first and last interaction here at this establishment. Their staff is disrespectful and ignorant. I wouldn’t suggest coming here at all.

I DONT LIKE PANCAKES ….
But the pancakes are so good here. My girlfriend and I went this morning and the customer service was amazing. Everything about the place is great, had the break sandwich on Texas toast and it was one of those meals you eat In silence so you just focus on the food. Great place
