Food is great, but I placed an order that was delivered to the wrong house. I tried to call the driver but their phone was disconnected. I tried to call the store and there was no answer there either. I didn’t feel like I could even reorder in case the mistake was repeated and there was no one to get ahold of.
Poor service

This is the first time I have ever filed a complaint about food. Me and my partner visited the restaurant around 8:45 PM (closing time is 9:30 PM). I ordered chicken wings, white rice, and tteokbokki. The food was served very quickly after I placed my order, which initially made me happy because I thought I could enjoy my meal promptly and then leave.
However, I was very disappointed to find that some of the chicken wings, especially the drum pieces, were undercooked. One piece was still visibly red on the inside and released pink juices. Some pieces were partially raw, with the meat still tough and the tendons very noticeable.
I immediately informed the cashier politely, and the manager was called over. While the manager did agree to have a new order prepared, their response was unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, they insisted that the chicken was “fresh” and “not undercooked.” This was upsetting, as the evidence I showed clearly proved otherwise — the meat was red, juices were pink, and it had a strong odor. I did not took any picture because i tell them directly then give the whole still bucket of the chicken wings.
In the end, I requested the chicken wings to be canceled, cause the way of the Manajer responded and I was refunded $15. While I appreciate the refund, I left feeling very disappointed with both the food quality and the way the situation was handled. I strongly suggest that management be trained the Manager to respond to customer concerns in a more professional and respectful manner.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve both your food preparation and customer service.

The cheesling wings I ordered did not have a lot of the seasoning on them :( The meat itself was good and tender! However I was quite disappointed by the cheesling. The other branches I’ve ordered from always covered the chicken with seasoning, but this time it was not done well.

Total traffic chaos from drivers pulling over, blocking the road while waiting for orders—completely inconsiderate!
Service took forever says it’s takes 20-25 but more like a hour … staff doesn’t really speak English so hard to communicate. Hour wait for food and food was lukewarm … not bad but not good :)
I prefer the full dining experience. This model is order pay at counter, then they will call you name. Small seating area

Too worried about making money the customer leaves unsatisfied. We spent $30 on 16 piece of chicken. We didn’t like what we had. The chicken was undercooked. Wasn’t crunchy at all, and we didn’t like the sauces. This was our first time here and was ready to try something new and delicious. When we asked for a refund with majority of the food still on the plates we were told no because most people like the food. When I asked what they do for customers that don’t like it what do they do, she gave no answer but “yeah.” I told her most restaurants give the customer a refund or make accommodation for the customer she said “I don’t think so.” As someone that works in the restaurant field the customer is always right. The hospitality was a flop. You all need to find a better system for unsatisfied customers.
Love the way there fried chicken turn out $14 fir 8 wings is kinda pricey. But waiting til I got home for sweet baby RAYS. then I went to work 🙄
They have you waiting all day for pick up orders
dont get me wrong the chicken without sauce is really good but for the long wait and the insanely Overcharged food its definitely not worth anything besides a once and a blue moon experience. The chicken is way too pricey and comes with nothing on the side. also you can only get 8 or 16 pieces which is pretty idiotic considering how much both sizes cost. 30$ for 16 pieces of chicken only is crazy. just go down the street to harolds or sharks wtf
The Original Korean Fried Chicken at bb.q Chicken is a standout for its simplicity and execution. If you’re a fan of straightforward, perfectly cooked fried chicken without the frills, the Original Korean Chicken is a must-try. It’s simple, satisfying, and packed with quality in every bite.
I also love the vibes and the decorations.
The prices were reasonable for the quality of food, and the portions were generous. My only small critique is the limited parking in the area, but that’s expected in Chinatown.
Overall, a must-visit spot for anyone craving Korean fried chicken with bold flavors.
