Poor customer service today

Jasmine Symone

Too worried about making money the customer leaves unsatisfied. We spent $30 on 16 piece of chicken. We didn’t like what we had. The chicken was undercooked. Wasn’t crunchy at all, and we didn’t like the sauces. This was our first time here and was ready to try something new and delicious. When we asked for a refund with majority of the food still on the plates we were told no because most people like the food. When I asked what they do for customers that don’t like it what do they do, she gave no answer but “yeah.” I told her most restaurants give the customer a refund or make accommodation for the customer she said “I don’t think so.” As someone that works in the restaurant field the customer is always right. The hospitality was a flop. You all need to find a better system for unsatisfied customers.

They have you waiting all day for pick up orders

dont get me wrong the chicken without sauce is really good but for the long wait and the insanely Overcharged food its definitely not worth anything besides a once and a blue moon experience. The chicken is way too pricey and comes with nothing on the side. also you can only get 8 or 16 pieces which is pretty idiotic considering how much both sizes cost. 30$ for 16 pieces of chicken only is crazy. just go down the street to harolds or sharks wtf

The Original Korean Fried Chicken at bb.q Chicken is a standout for its simplicity and execution. If you’re a fan of straightforward, perfectly cooked fried chicken without the frills, the Original Korean Chicken is a must-try. It’s simple, satisfying, and packed with quality in every bite.

I also love the vibes and the decorations.

The prices were reasonable for the quality of food, and the portions were generous. My only small critique is the limited parking in the area, but that’s expected in Chinatown.

Overall, a must-visit spot for anyone craving Korean fried chicken with bold flavors.

My boyfriend and I ordered Cheeseling boneless wings, Cajun boneless wings, and tteokbokki. The food was fine, but then we proceeded to have violent food poisoning for the next 36 hours. We know without a doubt it was undercooked chicken, because we had not eaten anything else that day. Terrible way to start the new year

Food was fresh and great quality. Honey garlic flavor is a must try. Wings were crispy and the sauce was flavorful.

Ordered my food at the kiosk, went to the register & was informed of the 20 min wait…was under the impression of a notification text but to no avail. I go back in, there was a guy by the register & a woman just leaving the kiosk. Cashier proceeded to get the guy’s attention for about 1 min 1/2, then moving on to the woman, never mind I’m literally standing in her face & the only 1 who is waiting for my food 23 mins in. She did not acknowledge me I had to ask if my food was ready, after the slight confusion there was my box sitting on the side with all the orders that was ready. Being that I was the only colored person in the room I can’t help but to feel slighted by the ignorance having spent almost $20 for 8 pieces of chicken wings. Overall chicken was good, thankfully still hot….& it’s because of the customer service I can gladly say I’ll do just fine at Harold’s chicken shack….2 halves with fries & Cole slaw for that price. Would not recommend for colored people.

The food was okay, but the delivery was as slow as a snail. I ordered takeout before they closed. When I arrived at the store, I was told that I would have to wait for 20 minutes. There was no one in the store. It took a total of 40 minutes to fry the chicken wings.

Food NASTY. service TERRIBLE. I don't recommend eating here especially if you are black. Spend money where you are loved and appreciated. Not over charged because of the color of your skin.

Ordered through DoorDash, and I must say, the spicy galbi wings and the sauce on the Rose Ddeokbokki was *chefs kiss but the noodles or what ever it is. Is a bit too soft. I’d definitely order the chicken again!

The wait is long for the wings, but they warn you of this as you’re ordering on the kiosk. I can say, it was well worth the wait. The cheesling wings were out of this world. Never had anything like it but I’m in love and will be back! ?
