Surprised this place is as highly rated as it is. We came on an early Sunday morning and sat immediately, which was nice. Unfortunately though the coffee was cold and the food was kinda meh, needed a little more salt and flavor. Service was reasonable and timely but not friendly. We got the breakfast sandwich and avocado toast with two eggs. Wish I could like this more but to be honest this was our experience. Wouldn’t suggest it unless you’re going in for a quick coffee.

I was so excited to try Beatrix, but unfortunately, it just missed the mark for me. The food was under-seasoned and generally just okay. The strawberry matcha was not sweet at all which was disappointing. The only good thing was the lemon blueberry pancakes

They made sure my requests were fulfilled and instilled confidence in me that I would be safe consuming it despite my allergies. So I came to Beatrix and originally wanted the Miso Salmon but they changed the menu for the season so I had a time trying to find something within my dietary restrictions: no beef, pork, dairy, citrus, tomatoes, or extra spicy foods. It took an hour which is why I took away one star for service however I was met with a customized meal by the chef and the manager that was comped plus a free vegan chocolate chip cookie. It’s a massive cookie too. Kitchen sink and all. Would recommend. The salmon is incredible every. single. time.
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your restaurant. While the ambiance was lovely, I found that the pasta my friend ordered was served cold, and the drinks were not up to the standard I expected. I believe there might be room for improvement in maintaining the temperature of the dishes and the quality of the drinks. Overall, I appreciate the effort of your staff and hope that these points can be addressed for a better dining experience in the future.

Incredible, beyond exceptional service from the entire team, but espically our server Kelsey. We loved every moment here, from the well balanced salads, to the above and beyond handling of our dietary restrictions. Dynamite food. Vibrant atmosphere. Friendly staff. Breakfast burrito is among the best I've ever had. Also check out the mushroom teriyaki bowl. Good cocktail menu as well. Service can be a bit slow in the morning so be prepared if you are in a hurry. Takeout coffee and baked goods as well.
