We've been here multiple times for pre theater dinners and have always been happy with the experience. The food is consistently delicious and if you get there for happy hour it's a bonus. It can get crowded so if you don't want to sit at the bar, book a reservation. And get the Oh My Caramel Pie!!

It's such a ridiculous restaurant, we wasted time and parking money due to restaurant's broken internet connection. We came around 9.40ish without reservation. When we came, the front desk asked us to wait for 10mins to arrange our table even thout its quite empty. After we sat down, we order almost immediately around 9.50am. The tea came out after 20mins we ordered, around 10.10-10.15. Then after almost 40mins waiting, the staff said there's internet problem and our orders were not in the system. We left hungry and we have to pay $43 parking fee for nothing!

An unusually busy night at Beatrix, yet the service was excellent and the food was very good. The Caesar salad with chicken was possibly the best Caesar I've ever had. My hubby enjoyed his short rib, which looked and smelled delicious. Our server was friendly but not intrusive. Had we not been headed to a show, we would have lingered there.

Food was great, service was terrible. It looked like the right number of waitstaff was on shift, but our waitress was not on the floor for any of her tables for the vast majority of the time. She wasn't outright rude to our faces, but it wasn't okay. We speculated she either was being assigned extra work in back of house or kept wandering away to look at her phone.
We waited over 10 minutes to get water. We waited over 10 minutes after the entrees were cleared without being offered a dessert menu, so we paid the tab online and just left. Would have loved to try the espresso martini with something sweet, but we won't be returning here.
