Perfectly fine but maybe a little sloppy. Appetizer delivered with part of many of pieces having been knocked off. Dipping sauce spilled across plate. Not a big deal but still sloppy and either unnoticed or uncared about

as always the food was great. The couch some of us sat on was very slouchy and uncomfortable though. I don't recommend for lunchtime seating.

We had a reservation at 7pm and were on time for it. As soon as we sat down, the waiter began pressuring us to order..."we close at 8pm, so you need to get your orders in quickly!" This level of impatience continued during the meal. Ordering drinks... "you really should place your app and entree orders in now!" We hadn't even been seated for 10 minutes. Then, shortly after receiving meals, we were told that it was last call to get our drink orders in ...of course, never offered dessert. Worse, when we're eating, the server stood just feet from us and stared at our table as we tried to eat as quickly as possible. We were visiting with family in from CA who we haven't seen in 7 years. We had to continue our visit in front of the restaurant on the sidewalk. As the person who made the reservation, I was embarrassed. If you can't serve a group without rushing them, please don't accept a 7:00pm reservation.

Going to Beatrix for breakfast is always a great way to start the day!! Mike P helped us this morning and we have had him a few times as our server and he is always quick, attentive and makes sure things are right! The food is always amazing!! We always bring our clients here and happy to have it so close to work!

The food and ambience was great, but the service could be better. We waited over 10 minutes for a server to greet us and the food took longer than expected during lunch in the downtown business district where you only get an hour for lunch. Service can do better.

Kary makes the best coffee! I use my entire lunch break to walk to get her location to get my coffee made by her despite having another Beatrix across from my building. She consistently makes the best coffee. She recommended the Honey Cinnamon Latte over a month ago and I have not strayed from that order since. I have ordered the latte when she wasn't working and it did not taste the same. If you want a perfect mid-day pick me up, make sure Kary makes your coffee!
