great meal...great with our table's allergy issues (celiac, dairy and nut). We loved our server Nicolas! He did a great job and was fun! We really enjoyed everything!

We've been here multiple times for pre theater dinners and have always been happy with the experience. The food is consistently delicious and if you get there for happy hour it's a bonus. It can get crowded so if you don't want to sit at the bar, book a reservation. And get the Oh My Caramel Pie!!

An unusually busy night at Beatrix, yet the service was excellent and the food was very good. The Caesar salad with chicken was possibly the best Caesar I've ever had. My hubby enjoyed his short rib, which looked and smelled delicious. Our server was friendly but not intrusive. Had we not been headed to a show, we would have lingered there.

I needed to schedule a last-minute dinner near the train station and thought Beatrix would be good since it's established and people like it. I did not love our waitress at the beginning- she seemed a bit unpleasant. I asked for a specific drink and when I explained to her that it was incorrect, she said “no, it's not.” I then pointed out the color of the drink which indicated it was incorrect and asked for a new one and she left the old one thus my friend enjoyed it but did provide me with a new one pretty quickly. After that things improved. I liked the food, especially the appetizers, although I felt that my meal itself was not very hot. My friend asked for french fries that were well done and they were not so when she asked for them to be cooked again to well done, they took away her entire plate rather than just bringing new french fries. She assumed her steak would then be cold after that, but she did not complain.  We were able to stay there for several hours to enjoy time with our out-of-town guests and overall it was convenient, the food was good enough, and the noise level was low so that we could enjoy our conversation. I would return.

Perfectly fine but maybe a little sloppy. Appetizer delivered with part of many of pieces having been knocked off. Dipping sauce spilled across plate. Not a big deal but still sloppy and either unnoticed or uncared about
