Bartender scammed my card for an extra $100 tip!!!! Do not go here!!
This is an absolute terrible place! I’m aware that airport prices are a bit steep but here they make sure you get robed on top of a super rude treatment. While I was being robbed for a beer and a salad, my child was sitting at the public piano playing it gently, and suddenly one of the socially challenged bartenders, not hindered by any form of intellect, walked up and pushed him away and slammed the key-lid in front of his face while literally screaming that it was not a toy.
Yes, it’s an airport bar but a little bit of decency and respect towards your customers would be nice after paying $35 dollars for a beer and a salad. For that money you would expect that the owner should be able to effort a bartender that isn’t retarded….

Beaudevin is a lifesaver. I was a shell of a person, drained from travel and life in general, and I came across Beaudevin at the San Diego Airport. I was able to get a nice, big glass of Malbec and a crudité plate with hummus. Honestly, this place provided me with the only vegetables I had eaten in a couple of days. With my vegetables and wine, I felt ready to get on my delayed flight.

Horrible customer service staff is not friendly at all. Very rude service with a very bad attitude. We are was waiting on the lane for empty table, there is was empty 4 tables 39 minute, but staff don’t car about people waiting. I tried to talk with the manager and they wasn’t even paid attention to us.
Horrible customer service staff is not friendly at all. I went for a cuppa coffee and one of their butter chicken samosas. After I told the employee the coffee is like water can you make a little stronger? I didn’t mind to pay the difference, but I employee acted like I try to get more out of my money he tells me I’m holding up his line and complaining about something that is not a big deal I said buddy the coffee taste like water and it’s horrible. Can you make a little bit stronger he said it will be a charge I said I don’t mind he gave me a rude service with a very bad attitude and you tell me I know what you’re trying to do and I said what am I trying to do , then he didn’t said anything. Also, they spec you to give them tip on every transaction you go in there they have a tip basket sitting in the front after being so expensive they spec you to give them tip. They only nice to the people who gave them tip are experiencing never going again first time and the last time.
No food, overpriced mediocre wines, overworked bartender. Will never return
They didn’t serve doughnuts
Good service and good foood

Everything! The lively atmosphere and great tunes just add to the fun times at O'hare!
Says they open at 5, but they were still cleaning up at 630. Curt, glib, and childish.
This was a first for me, but a client scheduled a meeting in the airport since we were both stopping at Chicago. This place had the neatest Chandelier and did a good job of moving people through. We actually had a live piano player there too. Definitely not what I am used to from airport concessions!
Relax, grab a glass of wine (expensive but you’re in an airport, it’s expected), and meet interesting people. Hold a conversation, perhaps you’ll form a bond, perhaps be strangers passing by.
I would hardly call the outfit at gate C17A wine bar as it as a very small selection of indifferent wines. There is no menu which several people in line with me requested and the bartendress was completely clueless as to what was on offer.
