So disorganized. Staff screaming at each other and at customers. Pure chaos. Avoid at all costs. Took so long, even with a small line that most ppl got refunds

Absolute overpriced food for no reason. Wait time was insane. Employees are miserable. Not worth 20$ for an egg and cheese sandwich and an orange juice. Pure TRASH.

I came to midway from Seattle, so I can say I’ve tried both the Midway and the original Beecher’s within a 24 hr window. The food here at Midway is delicious and indistinguishable from the original location’s. Service and atmosphere is obviously worse but that’s because you’re in an airport.

After standing at the counter for 5 min I opted to use the kiosk to order. The coffee was not good at all. My sandwich took about 20 minutes.

I travel a lot and this is truly the worst run airport restaurant I've ever encountered. When I visited almost every order was coming out wrong and people kept coming back to get their orders corrected. They kept losing orders and everyone waiting was getting pretty irritated. My order got lost a couple of times and when I inquired I was told by the person at the counter that she only does coffee, not sandwiches. When I asked her if she could find a sandwich person to help me, she said no. I was told I just had to be patient because food takes awhile. Since my order was lost, it took a bit to convince someone they had skipped it. Eventually someone re-entered the order, which was also lost. On the third try, my order was finally prepared.

Definitely not a big deal in the larger scheme of things, but if you're in a hurry...which seems likely in an airport...avoid this place.

This morning, I ordered a latte and there was no espresso put in it. Normally this wouldn't constitute writing a review but it was the events that transpired afterwards that made me feel the need to share my experience.

When I returned to ask for the shot to be added to my cup, I had to shout around the counter to get the attention of one of the 4 employees behind it that could already see me.

A woman came over, took my drink, put the espresso in it and then gave it back - not a word spoken to me. I walked away and took a drink as I was about halfway back to my gate and the espresso was so badly burned I ended up just throwing it away.

Maybe this is my mistake, thinking for $9.27 I would have a remotely drinkable beverage that was made correctly.

I was excited to try Beecher's for the first time but now I wish I would have just gone somewhere else.

Flying out of Chicago Midway, I selected Beechers from the various food court options and was glad that I did. I opted for the Turkey grilled cheese with a bowl of tomato soup. Both tasted “craft made” and were served piping hot. The sandwich had artisan bread, flavorful pepperjack and was perfectly grilled. The soup was full of diced tomatoes, very creamy and tasted great. The professional service by Ty was much appreciated as well. I would not hesitate to dine here again.

Melinda does a great job the food is always fresh and hot . Her coffees are addictive and her smile is inviting keep up they amazing work 10/10 I highly recommend

The grilled cheese is wonderful but the awful service outweighs how good the grilled cheese is. The cashier put TEN people before my order and was very rude when I told her that and that my flight was leaving.
