Ate here both ways of a quick trip to Chicago. Both times they were busy, but service was good and wait was reasonable. Tried two different sandwiches and both were a pleasant surprise. Had a solid homemade taste that was nice while traveling and eating at a food court…
I'm giving 5 stars to the employees here! There were two women working on a busy Sunday. Clearly, other employees must have called off. They had a backed up line, but as I saw them work, they were going fast. They were as efficient as they could be, and they stayed kind the whole time despite the chaos. The wait was long, but the food was good. We got breakfast sandwiches and coffees/lattes.
