I came to midway from Seattle, so I can say I’ve tried both the Midway and the original Beecher’s within a 24 hr window. The food here at Midway is delicious and indistinguishable from the original location’s. Service and atmosphere is obviously worse but that’s because you’re in an airport.
Flying out of Chicago Midway, I selected Beechers from the various food court options and was glad that I did. I opted for the Turkey grilled cheese with a bowl of tomato soup. Both tasted “craft made” and were served piping hot. The sandwich had artisan bread, flavorful pepperjack and was perfectly grilled. The soup was full of diced tomatoes, very creamy and tasted great. The professional service by Ty was much appreciated as well. I would not hesitate to dine here...
I visited Beechers at midway . I waited a while at the register with three employees working but noone paid me any mind. Luckily the manager came in and helped me right away. As I was in a rush , he reassured me that he would expedite the order as quickly as possible and did. I Tried to leave him a tip but he refused and asked me if I would be kind enough to share a review . Keep up the great work Chris and team. Will be stopping back for another one of the best lattes I’ve...
