Be Expectations
The pizza is mediocre and not one of the better locations. I received a pizza that was incorrectly done and missing ingredients. I didn’t realize this until I got home to Hyde Park. I called back and they expected me to get back in my car and bring the pizza back after already being inconvenienced.
I mistakenly thought the owner cared about customer service and the quality of how the pizza tasted. I WAS WRONG. The owner couldn’t care less about the quality of his pizza or service and said that if his employees had re made my pizza and refunded my money he personally would have taken it out of their pay checks! So the restaurant not only serves mediocre pizza, it encourages bad customer service, and apparently is a horrible place to work. DON’T GO THERE!

They don't deserve any stars customer service horrible and extremely slow came in showed a Spanish guy my door dash order he said 10-15 minutes I went back in after 15 min another guy came to the window with an attitude asked what order did I have when I told him he went to the back for about 3 min came back and told me it will be 10 minutes when I told him the other guy said the same thing he’s like oh well I just got here like really never again will I ever go here

Pizza is good, service and parking lot are sketchy and they nickel and dime you for everything. I believe she said ten cents a plate.🤦🏾♀️ At least give me a few complimentary plates with a large pizza.

My deep dish was undone , turkey sausage was still cold, green peppers on top of the pizza instead of under the cheese like it supposed to be..crust was mushy and undone I am currently trying to get a refund or dispute the charge because my pizza was inedible!!! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN !
