I went to pick up a pizza for my dad, some latino girl came from the back when I entered and took a box of of pizza that was ready for pickup back to the back. I’m sure it was the pizza I pick up because the pizza box was extremely hit. Apparently she forgot to add the pepperoni so she clump lumps of pepperoni to the edge on top of the pizza that was already cooked and added so much cheese on top to cover the pepperoni and put it back in the oven and burnt the end pieces. The outer part of the pizza was so burnt and the middle was over loaded with cheese to where it was gummy. I spoke to the manager and he was so unhelpful. He wanted me to bring the pizza back and my dad live in the south suburbs. MY advice is to check your pizza before leaving. I will NEVER patronize that beggars again. This is insulting and the worst beggars location in ILLINOIS. MY dad is 87years old he was so hungry, he threw away the outer portions and chewed on the inner pieces until he got tired of it.

I walked in onmylunch break, there was Noone to greet me for several minutes minutes eventhough there was nobody in the store. The young lady at the register did not give me a receipt and when I asked for one she said, with an attitude, the machine is broken. She didn't give me the courtesy red pepper and parmesean. She basically threw my food in the turnstile then ran in the back. I had to holler for her to come back,then she gave me two red peppers on purpose. The pizza was lacking sauce and this experience reminded me why I don't go to that particular beggers, which is my favorite! Won't be stopping there ever Again because it's always a bad experience!

I called in an order and the young Latino guy repeated my order back to me. I get there and he had the order all wrong. He rung me up & said my pizza would take 8 more minutes. So I looked at the receipt and the order was wrong & the name on the order was wrong. After I went back & forth with him I asked for the manager. They refunded me. I called the misses & she said put in another order. So I asked for the manager again to put in another order but with compensation for the inconvenience. He told me ‘no’. He said they don’t do that, after I waited an hour for my original order. The manager tried to make me out as a liar, stating that the young guy repeated my order back to me. He did repeat my order but he punched it in incorrectly. I told the manager he repeated my order but the order he rung up was incorrect. When I originally entered the store, another customer was arguing with the young Latino guy because he messed his order up too. Being that I received no compensation for the inconvenience I decided to never go there again. Bad customer service all around the board. That kid & the manager both need to be fired!!!!

I bought a deep dish pizza with hamburger mushrooms and black olives . I was told it’ll look be ready in a hr which it was . The pizza is so so so delicious. So hot soft and crunchy in all the right spots . I feel like I’m eating a pizza pie . The veggies have a grilled oven baked taste to it. This is the best Deep Dish I’ve ever had . I not to long ago order a family Pepperoni half beef . Bussin ! So long story short if you want real fresh tasting oven brick baked pizza Beggars on Stony ? Eating it as I currently type lol
