The lady working on the counter is super rude. She has no polite skills or customer service skills. She should not be working behind a register because this is not your family. You can’t talk to people how you want. On top of that I ordered extra chicken for my Kung bao and I paid extra money for that and they did not put extra chicken. All they did was put it in a bigger box when I got home I opened the box and it was only halfway full. That is ridiculous. Either she didn’t communicate it to the kitchen or you guys scam people cheaters then we asked her for some house sweet-and-sour sauce. Cause we forgot to ask when we paid and she said it was two something and we’re like OK that’s fine so we pull our card out to pay and she goes. Oh it’s a five dollar minimum so she was trying to charge us five dollars after we already spent 30 something dollars in there ridiculous cheaters scammers

Best Chinese Food in the city.
Been coming here since I was a kid and now my kids love it.
They have been in the Neighborhood for so many years and deserve to be recognized for the amazing food. I'll keep coming here!

The food here is excellent. The lady in here is not very patient or friendly. She was rude , but then she had the gentleman working with her help me instead , he was very polite and patient. I had never been here before and went on a recommendation from some people in the office. Outside of the customer service aspect , the food was everything I heard it would be and more! Very tasteful and nice serving sizes.

The staff act like antisocial awkward rude NPCs. BUT…. The food is good. Just be ready to be treated cold and straight to the point with an angry passive aggressive attitude. Just be like: “I want orange chicken” hear the price and pay and go about your day. Don’t expect a hi or welcome or thank you.

It is the worst Chinese restaurant I know apart from the fact that the person serving is very rude ? They should clean up that place so I can learn to treat customers today I called to order food and he answered me yelling and wouldn't even let me speak and in the end she hung up on me I tried to call again and they didn't answer my call. Terrible service. I give it zero stars

Absolutely ZERO stars for this place, very bad service. The lady the answer the phone is RUDE & hang up on me because she couldn't understand what I was telling her. It's not my fault that she don't understand English. I have always ordered from this place before and never had a problem but today this lady was having a bad day. I was always trying to support their business and giving them tips. And today she is like "no business today" because she couldn't understand. Like what the heck. Never ordering from this place again.

Possible one of the best restaurants outside of Chinatown. I should know I grew up in around that area. I know it well and love the people and the culture and definitely the food and this this place is a stone cold GEM! !!!
