Bella Luna - Bar and Pizza

It was a great place to eat ,all the entrees afegreat authentic Italian food, and you really can’t pick out 1 entree because all of their food is delicious!!!!

Bella Luna's was amazing! The atmosphere here was very welcoming and cozy! The staff was stellar, really really sweet and the pizza and ravioli was absolutely amazing! I cannot believe they're closing and moving here in 5 days! Thank you for the lovely conversations Nick!-The Fishburns

I came here for the first time today and had bruschetta and spaghetti bolognese for lunch. The tomatoes and bread were perfect and fresh, and the pasta sauce was very flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The service was friendly and fast! I will definitely come back for dinner when I have more time to relax and have dessert!

We picked up from here July 31. I was charged for delivery on a pick up order. After speaking with numerous employees numerous times I have never received a return call from the manager. Additionally, an employee told me they always add the delivery charge for to go orders and then remove it. That in itself sounds suspect. Check your total! As for the food, it was fine. Nothing special.

Returned here after several years and it was just as good as I remembered. My daughter and I had a great evening. Low key atmosphere, very friendly service, and of course delicious pizza! So happy we chose to dine here. If you’re a tourist who likes to eat where the locals do, this is your spot!

We ordered delivery, and while the service was excellent, the deep dish was just mediocre. Every element was notably under-seasoned, and it was improved greatly by a sprinkle of salt over the top. I think it’s safe to say that one shouldn’t have to salt their pizza. While the salad was decent for a pizza place, and though I can’t speak to any of their other dishes, we won’t order from here again.

Well worth the detour off the beaten path.Deep dish was excellent. Highly recommend starting with the antipasto.Manager/bartender was very energeticAnd knew many of the customers by name.We are Guy Fieri Junkies. Well worth the trip. Say yes when they offer the homemade bread.

I felt bad for the wait staff and kitchen as they seemed a little short staffed, but service and food were great! I loved the Italian beef sandwich and my wife and daughter both liked their pasta dishes. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful dinner at Bella Luna on our recent trip to Chicago. I wish I could remember our servers name (clerk 7 on our receipt so he will know who he is!) was fabulous! He interreacted with our table before, during and after our meal making sure our wine/cocktail glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. The pizza was a delicious thin crust with plentiful toppings. We were even provided a complimentary ice cream topped brownie at the end of our meal with delicious and much appreciated. The indoor atmosphere was very comfortable while they they also offer an outdoor patio as well. We will definitely return on our next visit to Chicago. During this current time period when customer service seems to have gone to the way side, Bella Luna has continued to provide top notch service and delightful food. Thanks Bella Luna!

Excellent host. My gnocchi was spot on perfect! Great stop for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Comfortable, clean and delicious!

Bella Luna is a small, classic, and semi casual italian restaurant that is absolutely worth the visit! We went here for my parents wedding anniversary and our waiter did everything to make sure it was a special celebration for them (even played their first dance song)! The food was great. I highly recommend the ravioli & deep dish pizza! Cant wait to go back!

Outstanding!! In from out of town, wanted to have true Chicago Deep dish, but wanted to avoid the chains. This place was on point! Gentleman that took care of us was wonderful had a great personality, pizza was delicious. Sauce was perfect, not too sweet, not too salty. Highly recommend!! Thanks Bella Luna!!

Fantastic service, pizza is fresh and doughy, sauce tasted GREAT. Fried Ravioli was THE BOMB! Awesome spot, you MUST stop in if you're in the area!
