I came by on Valentines days around 1pm-Scotti was my bartender. She was amazing, not only was she holding it down for the restaurant drinks, she was super attentive to me and the other guest and made incredible drinks. I had a spicy margarita, i believe- loved it. I plan to come to the happy hour next time. I won 10 off my next visit.

I took my boyfriend to Benihana for his 30th birthday and booked in advance because it was his first time. I had been a few years ago and loved the experience, so I was genuinely excited. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing like I remembered.
The chef’s performance wasn’t just minimal, it was poorly executed. At one point, he threw a utensil into the air and it flew toward me, nearly hitting me in the face. 😐 It felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Aside from briefly lighting an onion on fire, there was very little effort put into the show, while other tables were clearly receiving a much more entertaining experience. The performance is what you’re really paying for at Benihana, as the portions alone don’t justify a $200 bill for two people…so this was just..terrible
On top of that, our plates and the table was not properly cleaned. There was leftover food from previous guests still on the grill, and one of those dirty vegetables was placed into my bowl😭. I have photos..
I didn’t say anything in the moment because I didn’t want to ruin my boyfriend’s birthday, but this experience was disappointing, embarrassing, and nowhere near the standard I experienced a few years ago. I genuinely want my money back. I have never felt compelled to ask for a refund before, I’m not someone who usually speaks up , but this experience truly warrants it.

Great experience at the Benihana bar. The bartender Scotty was very nice. Service was quick even when it got busy, and the overall vibe made the night more enjoyable. Would definitely sit at the bar again.

Scotti was AMAZING from start to finish. The service was on point and she made the whole experience fun and smooth. We ordered the wagyu rice and it was cooked perfectly, super tender, flavorful, and honestly one of the best plates I’ve had there. The umami butter on top just took it to another level. We also tried the passion fruit margarita and the pineapple margarita, both were so good and refreshing. The passion fruit one had that perfect sweet-tart balance, and the pineapple was tropical without being too sugary. On top of that, we got the hibachi chicken and fried rice, and everything came out hot and seasoned perfectly. Scotti kept checking in on us, and had such a great attitude the entire time. If you go, definitely ask for Scotti. She made the whole night a vibe!
