I ordered six slabs of ribs for a family dinner and my husband didn't check the pans when he received them and it was only four (two in two pans) and when I called them they denied it. Check your order before you leave.

I will never return to this business again! The cashier gave my food away and then asked me to chase down the man that SHE gave my food to! Then she blamed me and became upset and began arguing and raising her voice! The owner was extremely nice and professional, and she apologized, and had the kitchen remake my food, but then when the food was ready, the cashier told me to go to the car to get my ticket, knowing that the food was prepared especially for me! The cook brought my food outside, but the bbq was overcooked and extra chewy. Horrible experience.

Well this is more of just them making ribs and not really a true restaurant you have to carry it out I discovered this place because of our roommate who was ranting about this place the ribs are actually pretty good but if you're expecting to eat or dine in ambience-wise this is not the place as this is the tip of the West side of Chicago. Service was courteous someone named Michelle who either owns the place or works here give me a sample of the chicken turkey and the ribs before I bought. The ribs are good I didn't really care much for the turkey but the chicken was good my only disappointment why four out of five stars is that they did not have coleslaw only potato salad and I wasn't craving for that and I don't need any more carbs since I lost weight other than that little pricey for the large but I was that hungry for ribs they give you a separate sauce since it's dry rub tasting other than that that's my experience I have to now go home and eat it

Yolanda Larry Take out | Dinner | I only went back because the last time I was there they forgot to put my links in my combo big mistake! We ordered 2 large pork tips and links. The pork tips were hard, chewy, burnt, and not edible, the links were Tough on the outside and mushy on the inside, this was our 3rd time there. I told my husband I don't ever want it again, every time we've been there something was wrong. We have spent a lot of money and live out too far to take food back, not only was the food awful but the cook had the nerve to get an attitude because I told him that I didn’t want any dried out Tips he came to the window with an attitude asked me to try it, looked me dead in my eyes and thought I was going to back down But that’s OK because you can’t have an attitude and have good customer service at the same time. That would be our last time visiting Ben’s Barbeque. I will travel out to Hillside, Illinois to get my barbecue from now on.
Now granted I've purchased food from them before, but today Will be the last time ever going there simply because of the lady taking the orders. Went there on tonight husband went in to purchase a half pan that we've ordered before. 2 meats, granted no one ever said. that you couldn't get links with tips before but she said it was $80 something dollars that we never spent before. We normally would spend $50 something dollars maybe $60 at the most. So my husband said $80 and she then says yes we spend a lot of money on our meat!!! With a nasty tone and told the employee, nall don't start on nothing because he not trying to spend any money!!! What the hell!!! What type of customer service is that. I'm going to say this as much as I love supporting my people this is one place I'll never support again nor my family and friends. Customer service sucks. You can't expect people to support your business and have a nasty, and unprofessional attitude.
