One of my favorite bars in Chicago. Reasonable prices, fine bartenders, and excellent bar food. I live there old fashioned but the bartenders do a great job here on everything. Don’t sleep on the burger and fries if you need a snack.

The Pirate Penguin
This bar has such a cool vibe. My bartender was super friendly and informative about all their drink options. I ended up getting a pickle beer because of him and it was definitely an experience. The place was packed early on a Saturday afternoon, and based on my time there, I can totally see why.

Simple no frills burger and drinks. The smash burger was delicious.
It was a little loud and crowded, however that is expected on Friday evening.
Service was great and the communal seating makes for an interesting experience on the patio.
