No poppy seeds on the bun. Pickle chips instead of a pickle spear. Unadvertised ketchup on the hot dog. In Chicago? Are you kidding me? Fries were subpar.

This place has gone downhill. I don't know if it's new management. Don't waste your time supporting this horrible restaurant. I just wasted money on chicken that wasn't cooked thoroughly. Got something I didn't order. It was a customer after me order. I discovered, when I got home. I called the place and spoke to a manager. He seems not to care. Not once did he apologize or offer my correct order. Very unprofessional. It's time to stop supporting people who don't care and wants miniorities money. Trust me, look elsewhere and don't support this restuarant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I order a roast beef sub ! I asked for it hot . Bread was not toasted . The meat was cold . He just put it in the microwave for like 10 second! Worst service!!!! Never again. Check your food before leaving! It’s so disgusting and how lazy they’

Asked to fry my wings and fries crispy , only to get home and open my food to soggy chicken and soft fries, not crispy at all. I see why I haven’t ate from here in years and I will never go back, lesson learned. I would give 0 stars if I could. They responded to my review saying the chicken got soggy from the bag being closed, I can tell the difference between food that got soggy from being in the bag and food that was soggy to begin with, the chicken was not crispy at all, it was slimy and soft.
