Called the last minute for catering to be delivered when I found out my family was in town from North Carolina. Fox's came in with a 5 thumbs up. The broasted chicken and Beef along with all the sides was a number one hit with everyone at the house. Thanks to all!!!!!

I just got a pizza from foxs and it was family sausage pepperoni well done and Xtra sauce...then I was I was told it b 30 minutes to pickup and I got there a little more than 30 minutes and the girl said it would b 5 to 10 minutes longer...ok fine....I get my pizza and get home and wrap it and its not round its oval and the one side of the pizza is rolled over so ok...starting eating it.....to find out there is no sauce on it.....so I call up to complain to the manager and she says will make make another just give back the messed up one so I said I have yo wait another hour for u to make another and give u back the one u screwed up...told her forget it...been going to foxs for a long time and the quality in the last few years has dropped tremendously.....this is probably the 3rd time I've had an issue but it's definitely the last time I will....its just gone down....this woman thinks I'm paying 35 dollars for a pizza that I'm looking free one....its a joke

Ordered pizza's, fries, and cake for pick up 6/25/22. Was told 30-40 min. I go to pick up, and they had not even put our pizzas in the oven. They had the fries ready, that I asked, why would they make those, if the pizza's werent ready. I had to sit there for 45 minutes to wait for pizza's to cook. The staff were nice, and stated they would put a credit on our account for are next purchase. I said, great. I get home, the fries were soggy, cold, and not even half full $ 4.99 for about 10 fries, really? So we call today, figuring there would be a credit, guess what no credit. When I spoke to the woman there, she said nothing was on our account, I said, then what are you going to do. She said, "nothing", then states, do you want your order placed? Really? I get that things are slow, but no warning that are pizza's would be delayed by more than 40 min, then soggy fries. Over $ 80's of food that was garbage. Completely disappointed on every level. Zero stars please.

I called in my order and they told me 1 1/2 hrs I called back within 10 minutes and cancelled they said fine that was Friday it’s Tues no credit talked to Trevor the manager he said 5-7 business days wow

I experienced the worst customer service ever from the manager Ashley today. My party was disrespected and insulted when one member complained about her order. We were immediately dismissed and treated as if we were trying to get something for free. There was no offer to make the matter right instead Ashley actually snatched two plates off our table and actually insinuated that a member of our party may have gotten sick from Covid instead of her meal. I have eaten at this location several times prior but won’t be back. Due to her poor customer service skills we left hungry and without food. Instead of having to deal with a $15 steak she lost a $75 tab. No worries we took care of our server Kathy but Ashley needs to find another source of employment!
