The beautiful place, the delicious food and the delicious drinks, especially the first-class employees, very attentive. My son's wedding was there and it was spectacular. All my guests were very satisfied and happy.

I attended a wedding on 09/30/23 Maria was the bartender. The reason I am here is because i thought she was extremely rude. Not once did she smile or greet us or thanked us. She was not customer service friendly at all. Towards the end she limits everyone to a two drink person and that fine, but she decided to take it upon herself to just tell me I couldn’t have anything else.. she didn’t not look happy to be there which was really upsetting me. She didn’t look happy when attending to people on the hall. If that was my wedding I wouldn’t have been happy with the way she treated MY people. That’s just not ok. Someone needs to have a convention with her to figure out wether she really enjoys what she does or not because from what me and all my party felt is that she does not. Talk to he

I really wanted to love this place but one of the waiters/servers was so rude and it didn’t help that he seemed to be the only one running around. 3 stars because the atmosphere was nice and clean, valet was nice, and this lady in the front was nice. Bathroom stalls oddly small though.

We are so happy we booked Biagio for our wedding!! We first met with Zaneta at the very beginning of our venue search, she answered every question (and I had many!), I am still amazed by how quickly she replied to my emails. She was so incredibly patient and worked with us to make our day special. We absolutely loved the rustic vibe and cool decorations, it has a loft style to it. We were able to have our rehearsal dinner right next door (at a discount) which was a huge perk and convenience. The food sold us - Blanca made sure every detail was perfect for our wedding!! We cannot recommend Biagio enough!!
