I used Big Bros ice cream truck to cater an event I was running at the high school I work at. Peyton was very responsive and attentive during the planning process and accommodated our scheduling needs. So I call this shop, trying to get a quote to put on an ice cream event in Hyde Park when the man asked me who I was. I told him my name and he hung up on me so then I called him back and I said “I think we were disconnected” only for him to hang up on me again! I love this. This is exactly what you will expect from a black businesses. This is exactly the attitude that I look for so that I can put you underneath my feet and go to a white establishment who will give me good customer service let’s take this to TIKTOK. I’m literally tired of it!

My company need an ice cream service at the last minute for a school event. Our regular vendor couldn't accommodate so I google for vendors and I found Big Bro ice cream. They not only accommodated us but provided the best customer service to our guest's and the price was reasonable. They have now become our permanent vendor.

Big Bro Ice Cream came to our center and served about 100 children and staff members. Peyton was on time and ready to go for all the children. He was extremely professional and the children and staff really enjoyed it. The price was most defiantly reasonable for the service we received. I think it was amazing Peyton was able to accommodate our peanut allergies for our facility. We will be booking with Peyton again in the future!!! Thanks again for such a fun event!!!

Best idea ever ! Peyton was early , super communicative and it was such a hit for my kids birthday party. Everyone loved it. Great customer service and such a pleasure to have 10/10 recommend!

Couldn't have asked for anything more, plus we have a peanut allergy and Peyton was very respectful of that and ensure no nuts were used during our party. We had Big Bros Ice Crean truck rented for an hour at our Juneteenth event and it was awesome! They were punctual and the ice cream was delicious! Perfect blend of sweet and creamy on a sunny summer day. Everyone loved it! Love when Black owned businesses show up and show out! ?? ?
