The chicken was so dry. I couldn't even eat it, and I don't like wasting money. I should've ordered them medium or something.... or just taken the reviews of others and went elsewhere.

The customer service here is terrible!
Chicken is dry and hard. Not worth the price. Paid $17. The fries were alright. I’d spend the extra $5 on something else in the food court.

Chicken was flavorless. Nashville chicken had no taste and the bun was soggy. Fries were delicious. I will not go again.
One of the worst Sandwich I ever ate.....worst fries and worst employee attitude. I bought a 20 dollar sandwich and drink. Ended up throwing everthing instantly except drink.
Chicken was super tough deep fried rubber and fries almost broke my teeth due to being rock hard deep fried rubber again

Chicken sandwich was extremely poor. No crisp or flavor.
Seasoned fries were the same but with no potato, only crunch

Chicken was fast, fresh and 🥵🔥. Seems very popular if you're in the Windy City. Make sure to order extra ranch... The lemonade is refreshing after the heat leaves your mouth 😁. No place to sit... But I'm at the airport. Enjoy

Just ate at your midway location. On a positive note the quality of the product was good, service was prompt and the portion size of the chicken and waffle fries was appropriate. However, I also bought a fountain soda (which was 1/2 ice) and though there was no notice on the placard or around the register I found out that your policy is not to provide any refills. I’m sorry but $4.39 for small glass of soda and ice is ridiculous. I went to the counter with my receipt in hand and was told that the policy is “no refills” and no exceptions. Turned what was otherwise a good experience into a less than good experience. One can practically get a 6 pack of soda for the price you charge for 1/2 (the rest ice) of a 16 oz soda. My order ID was 1328510 at 9:29 am.

got the 4 piece original chicken for 15$ at the airport. paid 1 dollar extra for the "Homemade bbq" and the meal was terrible. for as busy as they were you'd think the chicken would be hot and fresh. it was barely warm and extremely dry. when I say dry it was like chicken Jerky. without the bbq it would have been inedible. also the bbq sauce tasted exactly like sweet baby rays. I highly doubt its homemade in house. the worker who handed the food had a attitude for no reason as well. all you had to do was yell order numbers. she gave dirty looks at people if they didn't show up in 5 seconds even though they had a line of orders. for being so backed up you'd think the chicken strips would be hot. not at all. terrible and overpriced junk food.

Chicken was bland and mediocre at best. This place is a real canes. Wanna be with extra rude customer service. I stood in line at the cashiers for nobody to really even give me the time of day until I asked and they told me to go wait at the kiosk since I was using a credit card. Then it took forever to get the meal. When I got it, I had ordered chicken tenders and waffle fries, a Nashville, hot chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich. All of which really had no flavor and didn't look anywhere close to what the pictures on the menu looked like. I love fried chicken, I love fried chicken tenders and fried chicken sandwiches. Popeyes chicken sandwiches totally blow these things away and for $15 for a sandwich with some fries, it's totally not worth it. I understand that they were busy, but that doesn't mean you have to be rude at the same time when you're talking to customers. Unfortunately disappointing
