I brought my staff here for a team outing, and it was such a hit! The putt putt course was fun, interactive, and had just the right amount of challenge to keep everyone entertained. The full bar was definitely a bonus—it really elevated the experience and gave it a fun, relaxed vibe.
The entire space was clean and well-kept, and the staff working there were friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect spot for a team bonding experience, and everyone had a great time.

Big Mini Putt Club is such a fun spot in Lakeview. The mini golf course is creative and just the right amount of challenging. The atmosphere is cool and relaxed, with great drinks and super friendly staff. It’s a perfect place for a casual night out or a fun date. Can get a bit busy on weekends, but it’s worth the visit, especially before or after a game or concert in Wrigleyville. Definitely coming back.

They think that you are drunk and they charge you for something you didn’t drink and when you ask why the total… they play dumb they don’t know!! Food and everything is BAD!!!!!!

Went to Big Mini Putt for the first time for a work event and unfortunately had an off putting experience. Was ignored multiple times by an unfriendly, colorful haired bartender when trying to order drinks. This occurred throughout the night, even at the beginning before I started drinking so it was not due to being over served. Even when making eye contact and stating my order, she completely ignored me until another bartender saw me waiting for a while. Rest of the staff was great though, especially the bar back! She was super friendly and accommodating.
Such a fun and unique spot! The mini golf course is creative and challenging in the best way, and the bar has a great selection of drinks. Perfect for a casual night out or a group hang. The staff is friendly, and the vibe is always great. Highly recommend checking it out!

I just walked up to the window and the girl behind the counter was super helpful and nice! The pizza was so good that I ate it before I even got home!

Nothing but problems since we arrived. The short blonde bartender (who apparently was the manager LOL) was abbrasivre and impatient (it wasn’t even busy) and acted like she was doing us a favor by pouring beer into a cup. We tried to sign up for golf before 6pm for the early bird special (the clock said 5:59) and we were told that we should have arrive earlier? Is 5:59 not before 6? And then one of the employees was rude to our kids and used a very nasty tone trying to tell them they couldn’t golf anymore after we paid for unlimited golf. This place is super unorganized and most of the employees shouldn’t be in customer service. There are lots of indoor golf places in Chicago and this is one I would not recommend. We won’t be back.

I live down the street from this place and always wanted to go. So my boyfriend and I went last night. The short blonde bartender was so rude. I don’t have the best eye sight and I’m partially blind. My left eye is a prosthetic so I don’t have the best eyesight And my depth perception is not the greatest. So I ordered a martini, but I asked for it in a rocks glass because I tend to drop stuff because of my perception is so poorly. And when I asked for my drink to be in a rocks glass, she was like I suppose and then gave me attitude the rest of the evening. I understand maybe she had a bad day, but maybe Get a different job if you hate people so much. I wasn’t rude to her back because I’m an adult and I could clearly tell that she was younger than me. But the fact that you were rude to me because I have a disability is honestly uncalled for and I will definitely never go back to this place. Which is a bummer since it’s down the street from me
