Coffee was just ok. The shop was not busy at all but both the employees were confused and slow. We waited 10 min for two simple coffees. Super small and not directly accessible. There is a door that takes you inside the building but you can also enter through the Mediterranean restaurant next door. I feel like many people working close by come here because it is convenient but I wouldn’t say it deserves to be visited if it is out of the way

prices are high, baristas underserve, and the coffee itself doesn't justify either one

A delicious Cortado, a Brown Sugar Miso late, and some pastry. All were excellent. Friendly service too.

I arrived downtown a little early before work and decided to treat myself! At first I wasn’t quite sure how to get here but the kind security guard helped me find the right hallway haha. I saw the marshmallow latte and had to try it! I got it iced and they still gave me the tasty roasted marshmallow with it. I really liked it! It gave me the kick of energy for $9 and a cute marshmallow to munch on while I enjoyed my coffee. It’s a cute shop and the baristas are super nice too!

Big Shoulders has good coffee in the loop! There is a lot of competition but I think they stand out. Very much like this place! Come here almost once a week.
Big Shoulders Coffee is the spot if you want a laid-back vibe and seriously good coffee. I grabbed a flat white, and it hit all the right notes – smooth, rich, and perfectly brewed. The place has a chill, contemporary vibe with plenty of seating if you want to hang out or get some work done. I also tried one of their signature lattes, which was amazing – a great balance of coffee and sweetness. Spent about $10 for both drinks, which is fair considering the quality and the fact they roast their beans on-site. Definitely recommend this spot for any coffee lover or if you're just looking for a cozy place to sip and relax!
A marshmallow latte? It’s one of their most popular items and I was a little skeptical. It was actually very good and it he marshmallow melts in the coffee a little bit. Would definitely go back for more.
Unfriendly staff. Okay coffee.

Favorite Chicago coffee. Bold flavors, strong and I love the aroma from the cold brew especially. Your salted caramel is a gem.
Got a Cortado here and loved it!!

My Oat Milk Mocha tasted not only watered down, but spat in as well. Not sure if this worker thinks she's being a hero by adding free saliva to men's drinks, or everyones, but I won't be going back in there. She had a definite frustrated and snarky attitude in her voice.

It's indide the office building in the lobby. So the serve only to-go and have only one stand up counter to situate yourself to drink a coffe. No French style pastries are avaible there. Have not tested any coffee as i nneded a stay-in place.

Place is open earlier than most. Coffee is decent just not a lot of options if you’re into flavored coffee.
