Quick stop here for tea after visiting Atlas Stationers. The staff was friendly and helped us plan the rest of our touristy day. Loved the wooden tray accents used for sevice.

Coffee is solid and there's a fair number of specialty drinks and great pastries as well.
There is a patio but with the L above I would not recommend using it.
