The cold horchata latte is pretty good. Actually tastes like horchata. Had it a few times and only had 1 instance where it didnt taste like hortchata. I think they didnt stir the horchata before serving it.
Nice spot on a busy six corner intersection with ample seating, wifi, and a good selection of drinks and pastries.
The pour over i got was pretty good as was the pastry. Staff were also friendly and service was quick.
With the amount of space available this is a great spot to work remote or read.

Specialty lattes are phenomenal here! My first drink years ago was the marshmallow latte, and it’s still my favorite. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out.
